Intimate Dinner Party for 6
This dinner was a lovely celebration of a milestone birthday. My clients and their guests started with champagne and hors d’oeuvres on the patio then moved inside for a 3-course plated dinner and birthday cake.
Hors d'oeuvres:
Tapenade bruschetta - olives, eggplant, garbanzo beans, red peppers, garlic, parsley
Gochugaru spiced fried oysters
Lemon & rosemary baba ghanoush w/ Goat Feta
Soup:
Potato & herb puree, dry roasted local mushrooms, crispy carrot hay
Salad:
Heirloom tomatoes, goat ricotta, micro greens, peach coulis, basil oil

Local Rock Fish, smokey & savory poblano creamed corn, charred summer squash, chile butter

My client wanted to celebrate retirement in a casual but delicious style so we created an exciting menu of canapes that were both passed and plated and complimented wine and cocktails for toasts.

Family Style Fête
For my client’s daughter’s graduation she wanted to gather family from near and far for a hearty & comforting meal. We designed a multi-course family-style menu to suit every taste and featured some of my treasured favorite recipes. I was excited to share my signature dishes with this wonderful family in celebration!
